Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
  • Identify member needs for appropriate products and services
  • Assist with member inquiries, account updates, and membership sign-ups
  • Minimizes fraud by thorough examination of documentation
  • Assists with mail, night drop, and phone transactions
  • Alerts loan officers to loan payoffs
  • Handle cash management and cashiering duties
  • Utilize 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry
  • Perform basic retail math calculations

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous cash-handling experience with ability to handle transactions accurately
