Card processor service issue

1/29/2025 – Our third-party card processor continues to experience a technical issue preventing card transactions from posting. This outage is impacting multiple financial institutions across the United States. This issue with our card processor is not related to the card issuer (VISA). Outstanding transactions will post to accounts as soon as the issue is resolved, so please be aware of spending taking place.

We apologize for the inconvenience this issue is causing. We are doing everything we can to resolve this issue as soon as possible and will provide updates as information becomes available.
