You can schedule an in-person or virtual appointment at any of our branches! Simply select the location and type of service desired. You may also call us at 800-245-6199 to schedule an appointment.

Appointments are available for a variety of services:

  • Loans
  • Debt Consolidation (select a “Lending” appointment)
  • Open a new account
  • IRAs
  • Changing/deleting/adding account owners
  • Adding/deleting account types
  • Adding/removing POD, death certificate notices
  • Help with online banking, debit or credit card controls

And, don’t forget about our online banking and MEMBERS1st mobile app that enable you to do most of your banking anytime, from anywhere!
